Originally owned by Epcor Power, the existing West Edmonton buildings were upgraded and a additional 8,000sf modern office building was constructed to complete the North end of the existing 12,000sf building. This project is a leased multi bay building with unit sizes varied from 3,000 to 8,000sf.

Constructed North of the Calgary International Airport in the Freeport development area, this 40,500sf office/warehouse business condo project sold out in just 12 months. The unit sizes varied from 2,500 to 8,900sf.

This 3.69 acre vacant industrial site in Northwest Edmonton was redeveloped to allow for the construction of two 13,000sf light industrial buildings with a secure storage yard areas and a two storey, 16,000sf office/warehouse building with secure parking area.
